In Which I Fulfill My Promise.....

We went to the San Francisco Zoo a while back.

This kid.... he always looks like a goon in pictures!

We had so much fun on this trip!!!

let's get this over with....

Ugh. I'm behind. Late. I hate this feeling, like I need to catch up with everything, but don't want to take the time or something. It's making me stressed out! So..... Maybe I won't catch up. *Gasp*. What? But.... well, maybe I will just do a quick list. Here goes,

1. I went to see Thor 2 Saturday night with all older siblings.[It was amazing!! (although i haven't seen the first one..... or any movie related to it in any way, shape, or form..... but it was still amazing!! )]  2. We went to a tiny parade in our town on Veteran's Day, which is the first time we have ever gone. 3. I am working on getting my driver's permit.   4. I really really really want a new camera. Like, really.  5. My dad got 6 free tickets to go to the Winter Jam at Sleep Train Arena for yesterday evening. So he and four of my siblings and me all went. And let me tell you - it was GOOD. And it was LOUD. And I super duper loved it. Like, a lot. Like, really really a lot.

Okay, so enough of that. Now I can breathe again.

I know, boring. No pictures, boring content. But I am tired. And don't care right now. If I knew I could keep it, I would promise something better within two days. But I don't like to promise, so I will only say that a post with a lot of pictures is in the makings. :)

Okay, then?

Quote for the day

Rebecca:  I like the smell of the concrete at the pool. I could sniff it all day.

Um.....?! Okay, then......

18 years :)

Today is my big brother's eighteenth birthday. Life goes on quickly, doesn't it?

Here are some things about my brother;

  • He is very quick-witted. He is always joking, teasing, and can come up with awesome and fast come-backs. So, yeah; humor is is domain.
  •  He has taught Gracie the "hair flip." She looks really funny while doing it, like she is having some kind of nervous twitch. Yep, that's my brother; teaching little sisters how to flip their hair like him. :)
  • Nick is very stubborn!
  • He has dyed his hair twice. The first time he tried to bleach it......he wanted it white..... but it came out a bright, very ugly yellow..... yeah, that was a bad idea..... it didn't look very good, now that we look back at the pictures....    The second time he dyed it silver. That time it wasn't so bad, but I like his natural color best!
  • Hey, he is only nineteen months older than me! (that's why when I was little, I pretended in my mind that we were twins).
  • He wears contacts, usually colored. He has green ones, and violet colored ones, too. Sometimes he wears a green contact and a violet together.
  • He is a second degree black belt.

And this is one of my favorite pictures of us when we were little:

What do you have to be thankful for?

  1. I am thankful to have four brothers and three sisters! I love each of them to pieces and don't know what I would ever do without them.
  2. Having a baby in the house again. Gracie is such a sweetie, and she is adored by everyone. How did we live without her?!
  3. Warm blankets at night. :)
  4. The cool crisp weather! Fall and winter are my favorite seasons of the year!
  5. Heart-to-heart talks with my older sister. We don't have them very often anymore, so it's always special when we do. It makes me feel older, and not like a little kid anymore.
  6. Pictures. It is so wonderful to be able to look through a picture album and see how much we have grown, and re-laugh at all the sweet memories we have.
  7. Best friends.
  8. Good health.
  9. I am thankful that the Sacramento Kings are staying in Sacramento!!! First game was on Wednesday!!! They won, by the way :) Yay!! Love the Kings!
  10. And I am thankful for fuzzy warm socks, because they are just so awesome.
  11. I am thankful for good Christian music. Music is amazing! Love it.

What about you? What do you have to be thankful for?
